Headaches.. headaches... headaches...

Have been having concurrent bouts of headaches. I am rather worried it maybe Vertigo, postural hypotension (pretty impossible as my BP is on the high side due to obesity).. But after some research on the net.. I realise what I am having are tension headaches...

Yup.. Think I am suffering from tension headache and migraine. Tension headaches are getting mroe intense these few days. Am not sure is it due to stress, improper posture and lack of sleep. But it sure irritates the hell out of me.

Please give me a healthy body~~
